A day before Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Twitter handle, the nation, especially children and youth, were urged to participate in Pakistan’s largest tree plantation drive.
“I want everyone to join me in the process of planting trees across Pakistan on, August 9,” he said. I have also instructed all my MPs, Ministers, Chief Ministers and Tigers Force to participate in this largest ‘Tree Planting Campaign’ in the history of the country.
Expressing gratitude for the full public participation in the nationwide tree planting drive, the Prime Minister said that people across the country, including Lower Dir, took an active part in Pakistan’s largest tree plantation drive.
Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed his gratitude to the people on the micro-blogging website Twitter. In a tweet from his official account, Imran Khan said that he was grateful to the people for participating in the nationwide tree planting campaign.
The Prime Minister said that people across the country, including Lower Dir, took an active part in the tree planting campaign. He thanked all those who took part in the tree planting campaign.

It is to be noted that Tiger Force Day is being celebrated across the country today. The Prime Minister has also launched the largest tree planting campaign in the history of the country. In this regard, the Prime Minister had launched a major tree planting campaign in Islamabad.
The main event of Tiger Force Day was held in Islamabad. The Prime Minister attended the event and addressed the volunteers of Tiger Force. Special Assistants Malik Amin Aslam and Usman Dar were also present with them. The event was held at Korang near Bani Gala.
